Not satisfied with your item?

30-Day Return Policy!

In the case that you are unhappy with your item, the product is faulty or the sizing is ill-fitting, you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to make a return or exchange. The item(s) must be returned in the condition that they arrived in, after which a full refund will be issued. We know that returns, especially from abroad, can be a hassle so we aim to make the process as smooth and problem-free as we can! Order never arrived?

In the extremely rare case that your order does not arrive within 60 days after it has been dispatched, we will classify the shipment as lost and offer you the choice of either a refund or to have the same items shipped to you again, free of charge. (There will be no need to return the original item if it does eventually arrive!) Contact us here and we will deal with the issue.

Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for lost parcels caused by registering an incorrect delivery address at the checkout. In such cases, you will need to contact your local mail carrier or postal office to redirect your parcel to the correct destination. To prevent such an issue from occurring, please ensure that you enter your full address correctly during the checkout process.
